Gnothi seauton ist eine vielzitierte Inschrift am Apollontempel von Delphi und bedeutet „Erkenne dich selbst!“ Sie adressiert die Selbstermächtigung durch die Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen inneren Persönlichkeit. Die Erkenntnis der „Innenwelt“ diente damit als Zugang zur Problemlösung in der „Außenwelt“.

Was für das individuelle System gilt, gilt auch für grössere Systeme. Mit Schopenhauer: "Wenn man bewusst tut, was man vorher blind tat, wird man die richtigen Entscheidungen treffen." Der selben Maxime folgt die Kybernetik - und daran arbeitet bbck gemeinsam mit den Unternehmen.

Unternehmen, die ihre intrinsische Motivation (er)kennen und danach handeln, erreichen den maximalen Output bei minimalster Anstrengung. Ein entscheidender Wettbewerbsvorteil.
